Marketing Operation Analyst Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to increase lead generation, brand awareness and customer education across SEA region.
- Overall growth strategies for performance marketing, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok and retargeting channels.
- Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.
- Managing the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.
- Empower creative ideas and innovations within Performance marketing channels.
- Collaborating with creative, campaign, and analytics to enhance channel performance.
- Making strategic decisions to prioritize key focus areas for effective outcomes.
- Analyzing data to gain insights and propose effective solutions.
- Coaching and growing the performance marketing team to meet company needs and support growth.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of team lead experience. Focus on SEM & Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Google Adwords and Facebook paid ads is a MUST.
- Analytical skills.
- Data driven and numerically inclined.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in B2B industries a plus.
