Job Description:
Monitors the performance of Telesales Agents according to established standards, providing coaching and feedback to the team. Prepares reports for further action to the hiring team
Designs and implements scorecards for Telesales Agents to improve performance effectiveness
Develops, assesses, and refines processes and procedures to enhance the delivery and quality of Telesales
Manages quality assurance reporting on a daily and monthly basis
Work closely with local and regional hiring teams to ensure effective coaching and development of front-line staff, aimed at continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any fields
At least 1-2 years of experience in a QA & QC Telesales function
Telesales / Call center background is required
Deep understanding of relevant QA & QC Telesales KPIs
Strong Command of English
