Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to oversee and drive the growth of our business in Thailand. This role entails managing and collaborating with key Sales, Telesales, and stakeholders to ensure the successful expansion excellence for Cartrack.
Responsibilities:
Manage key Sales, Telesales, and stakeholders
P&L ownership
Produce timely and accurate reports to management and team performance
Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales & Telesales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets
Align Sales & Telesales strategies with business objectives to increase market share in Thailand
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales & Telesales
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven Sales & Telesales culture
Ensure consistent high performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and training of the Sales & Telesales team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Sales & Telesales activities
High level of leadership skills and provide necessary guidance to the respective staff to achieve department KPI goals
Requirements:
Degree and/or experience in Business, Sales or related field
Experience working within a B2B sales environment
Extensive team leadership experience
Preferred industry experience in Software, Electronics, IOT, Automotive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on approach and a positive attitude
Own car and valid driving license
Proficient in English
