Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection & Legal Officer to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the collections and legal process for our clients in Thailand. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collections process for overdue accounts, including contacting clients, sending reminders, and negotiating payment plan
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of delinquent accounts to determine the best course of action
• Liaise with legal counsel and external agencies to initiate legal action when necessary
• Prepare and file legal documents and attend court hearings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all collection and legal activities
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any issues related to collections
• Provide regular reports and updates on the status of collections to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in collections and legal processes
• Knowledge of Thai laws and regulations related to collections and debt recovery
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Fluency in Thai
