We are creating a next generation mobility Software-as-a-Service platform that will disrupt the industry. Were a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and were looking for a Collections Officer to join our team! 

Responsibility 

• Pursue collections  Escalate enquiries to relevant departments 
• ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner  
• Reconcile Accounts Process relevant debt recovery actions for further actions  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• A team player and also able to work independently  
• Strong negotiation skills Process driven  
• Able to read and write in English

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ติดตามหนี้ตามลูกหนี้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ตามติดตามหนี้ตามรอบวางบิลของลูกหนี้ ตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• รับฟังปัญหาลูกค้าและบริการเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพอใจและจ่ายหนี้
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• คอนเฟริมยอดการชำระ และ invoice ที่ถูกต้อง    

คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านเร่งรัดหนี้สินหรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นต่ำ 1 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ ด้านติดต่อหาลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้า เพื่อเจรจาและทวงถามหนี้
• มีความชอบในงานบริการและการเจรจากับลูกค้า
• มีความขยันและอดทน ซื่อสัตย์ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านทวงหนี้เสียจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
