Sales Team Lead – B2B (Hunter)

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Lead (B2B Hunter) to drive new business acquisition while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, active involvement in selling, and the ability to coach the team to consistently achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (Hunter Focus)
Actively acquire new B2B clients through cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a strong new business pipeline
Personally contribute to sales targets, especially during the initial period
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with corporate clients
Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor daily activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
Provide regular coaching on prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques
Support team members during key negotiations and closing stages
Strategy & Execution
Develop sales strategies to penetrate assigned territories and industries
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter role
At least 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team
Proven track record in new client acquisition and target achievement
Strong experience in cold approach, prospecting, and closing
Comfortable with a hands-on selling role, not account maintenance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, leasing, or related industries is a plus
