Sales Representative
A B2B Sales Hunter focuses on acquiring new clients through prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals. The role is target-driven, outbound-focused, and centered on growing new business.
We are looking for a Sales Representative (B2B – Hunter) to drive new client acquisition for Cartrack’s fleet management and telematics solutions. This role is focused on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business, targeting corporate and SME clients across multiple industries.
This position is highly target-driven and suited for individuals with a strong hunter mindset who thrive in outbound sales environments.
Key responsibilities:
Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, cold visits, referrals, and networking
Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline with a focus on new business acquisition
Conduct product presentations and solution selling for Cartrack’s fleet management, GPS tracking, and telematics solutions
Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions to address operational and fleet challenges
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, activity, and conversion)
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, installation, customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hunter / new acquisition roles
Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, automotive, or insurance is an advantage
Strong ability in cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face client meetings
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to do field sales and client visits
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
