Technical Support Engineer (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to internal teams as needed.Resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues from internal and external sources, ensuring proper follow-up until final resolution.Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently.Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of Cartrack's application.Conduct post-installation and QA validation to verify proper system functionality.Review system and application logs for remote diagnostics of field devices.Train and assist users in utilizing Cartrack application systems effectively.Provide on-site field support, including installation and troubleshooting.Verify the successful completion of scheduled jobs.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering. 0-3 years of experience in the IT service industry or equivalent industry experienceProficient in EnglishExcellent communication and strong customer-centric MindsetTechnically independent with good initiativeStrong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
