Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:
Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls
Make outbound calls and cold calling to sell products
Qualify sales leads through calls
Sell to commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach
Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme
Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and testing new sales techniques
Requirements:
Min SPM holder, Diploma, etc
Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, or sales is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude
Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette
Motivated by earning commission
