Responsibility

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements directly with customers.
• Deliver formal reminders or legal notices as necessary.
• Verify customer data and update account information.
• Report collection results daily to the supervisor or system.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit -Risk, Legal, and Customer Service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with Indonesian laws and company policies
• Ready to work with strict target
  

Requirement

• Good computer skills, in particular with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player and also able to work independently
• Must have 3 years of experience in Corporate Collection and  experience in client visits 
• Having experience on resolving overdue bills and collecting payment from customers
• Emotional intelligence and assertive
