Responsobilities :
- Handle complex sales cycles for high-value customers (enterprise, government, or key accounts).
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the GPS/telematics product portfolio.
- Manage RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and long-term contracts.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership; Assist inperformance reviews, call monitoring, and skill development of junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements :
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields,Certification in sales or customer service (a plus)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Team Leader Telesales or inside sales, preferably handled B2B with minimum team 8-12 people.
- Confidence communication in english.
- Advanced negotiatio,ommunication, presentation, and persuasion & consultative selling technique.
- Experience in mentoring junior and senior telesales agent.
