Sales Trainer (English Speaking)

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms 
• Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation, and learning intervention 
• Serve as the single point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within Thailand. 
• Manage and execute training programs for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and improve process execution. 
• Perform field evaluations with trainees to better train them with feedback from the live scenarios. 
• Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams. 
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in any field 
• 5-7 years of of experience in Sales training 
• Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn 
• Good command in communication, facilitation skills with demonstrated, presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software 
• Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office 
• Own car and valid driving license 
• Strong command of English
