Position overview:

We are seeking an experienced OEM Dealership Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our business in Thailand. This role entails managing and collaborating with key Sales and stakeholders to ensure the successful expansion excellence for Cartrack.

Responsibilities:

- Manage key Sales and stakeholders

- P&L ownership

- Produce timely and accurate reports to management and team performance

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Dealership Sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets

- Align Dealership Sales strategies with business objectives to increase market share in Thailand

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales

- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven Sales culture

- Ensure consistent high performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and training of the Sales team

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Dealership Sales activities

- High level of leadership skills and provide necessary guidance to the respective staff to achieve department KPI goals

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack’ products and solutions

- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals

Qualifications:

- Degree and/or experience in Business, Sales or related field

- 10 years experience in Dealership Sales environment

- Prospecting & cold calling experience

- Strong in communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills

- Preferred industry experience in Automotive Dealer, Showroom and Distributors

- Extensive team leadership experience

- Strong Command of English
