IT Support Officer
As an IT Support at Cartrack Technologies, your main role is to monitor and ensure the proper functioning of IoT devices installed in customer vehicles. You will also assist with technical issues that
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure all installed devices are working correctly and transmitting data as expected
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS, Censor and other devices system connectivity
- Support Customer Service by answering advanced technical inquiries
- Coordinate with technical and technician teams when support is required
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments or higher support levels
- Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, ICT, Computer, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- New graduated are welcome or has at least 1 year of experience in IT user Support related field.
- Basic understanding of wireless system, IoT system or Network system is a plus
- Be able to stand by to support field team on holiday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Thai (English is a plus)
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
