About the Role
Cartrack is seeking a creative and strategic designer who excels at conveying ideas visually, not just through traditional graphic design, but through powerful user-centric experiences. As a Communication Designer, you’ll combine visual storytelling, UI/UX sensibilities, and strategic thinking to bring our brand and campaigns to life. You’ll contribute ideas, shape brand messaging, and execute high-impact projects across digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibility:
- Research, plan, and design visual campaigns that elevate the Cartrack brand and meet campaign objectives.
- Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive action.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces, user journeys, and product experiences with a focus on both aesthetics and communication clarity.
- Proactively test new visual and messaging approaches to optimize creative effectiveness (“find the secret recipe”).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, concept, and execute projects, measuring creative effectiveness and implementing improvements.
- Stay current on design, communication, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge creative output.
- Deliver assets for a wide range of formats, including web and app UI, social media, presentations, posters, sales materials, digital ads, and print collateral.
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and strategic goals.
- Support miscellaneous design and communication needs as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Communication Designer, Visual Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Ability to think both conceptually and executionally, generating new ideas and polishing final assets.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, UI/UX, and cross-channel campaigns.
- Comfortable interpreting briefs, pitching creative concepts, and translating objectives into compelling design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
