Currently, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to support our global business.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain Cartrack systems and application
• Monitor performance and ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with global teams on IT project
• Document technical procedures and train user
• Provide daily IT support and resolve technical queries

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer, Electronic, Telecom, or Automotive Engineering
• Entry level are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills in English
• Proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Willing to work outside standard hours if needed
