Responsibilities:

- Responsible for hiring Sales & Marketing

- Plan recruitment strategies concentrating on Sales & Marketing

- Determine hiring requirements for the Sales & Marketing team

- Execute diverse candidate sourcing initiatives to attract high-caliber talent

- Design and apply robust candidate screening processes to ensure quality hires

- Coordinate and manage interview schedules by liaising with interviewers

- Track and monitor recruitment progress to ensure alignment with team KPIs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment field

- Experienced in Sales Recruitment

- Experienced work in recruitment agency would be advantage

- Proficient in utilizing job websites, social media platforms, and professional networks (e.g., JobThai, JobsDB, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

- Experienced in managing the full recruitment cycle, including implementing diverse interview techniques

- Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong sense of accountability, and excellent teamwork skills

- Good command in English
