Responsibilities
- Manage daily collection activities and work closely with the Team Leader to accelerate payment realization, particularly through tracking and monitoring supporting documents from both clients and internal units
- Proactively collaborate with internal units
- Analyze collections data to identify trends, payment behaviors, and areas of risk or opportunity.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and reports to support collections processes and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements.
- Prepare and present collection performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports for management.
- Monitor and maintain customer account data integrity in internal systems
- Reconcile payments, disputes, and escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated workflows for collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a collections, credit control, or accounts receivable roles or Administration or Analyst.
- Proven experience in data analysis and SQL (ability to write complex queries, join tables, extract and manipulate data).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
