Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities
• Push for process simplification, standardization and automation for Operation functions
• Monitor operational tasks by in developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment
• Drive discussions with stakeholders across our global operations to identify potential opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Prepare and analyse operations reports, recommendations that address the existing and potential opportunities areas across the organization
• Implement and conduct trainings for new processes.
Requirements
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience with Business process management and improvement
• Basic query and data analysis using database platforms, including MS SQL Server
• Willingness to learn, with a curious, and data driven mindset.
• Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members
• Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through.
• Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
