HR Generalist (Thailand)
Perform HR functions including payroll, C&B, benefits, compliance, employee relations, visa/work permits, onboarding, and HR data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, and the hiring process (excluding recruitment activities).
Perform HR functions related to employee benefits, compensation, employee relations and welfare, payroll processing, and personal income tax.
Coordinate and communicate with the Social Security Office, Labor Office, and other relevant government agencies.
Collect, analyze, and report human resources data, and provide recommendations to management for improvement.
Act as a point of contact between employees and management to address questions or concerns regarding company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Organize and support company activities aimed at improving employee performance and engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Coordinate orientation and prepare onboarding processes for new employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 1-year experience in HR payroll, Compensation & Benefit or a related field.
Able to read and write in English.
Confident, energetic, mature, and professional with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, or willing to learn.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
