Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automation frameworks for various applications and systems.
• Identify and analyze processes that can be automated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop automation solutions.
• Develop and execute automated test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of automated systems.
• Identify and resolve issues in automation scripts and tools.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
• Testing and developing new requirement for customer satisfaction
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resource and key process
• Ensure inbound support for software products, API, system reporting, webservice queries are addressed in a timely, professional and well-informed manner.

Requirement

• Comfortable to work in Office.
• Knowledge and experience with SQL and APIs
• Degree in any field, with preference in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
• New Graduated are also welcome.
• Minimum of 1 year experience Backend Dev, Software Engineer, Application support, Software Tester, Automation Developer, System Analyst, API Support or any related field
• Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application Support and Web Services;
• Knowledge in Java.script, Python would be advantage.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
