Collection & Recovery Manager

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Collection & Recovery Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and collection performance.
- Oversee end-to-end collection operations, including the collections call center.
- Set and monitor targets and productivities of collections agents.
- Conduct interviews and support onboarding of new staff.
- Prepare and forecast collection performance reports.
- Approve credit notes and refunds.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Motivate, coach, and guide team members to achieve targets.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary actions.
- Approve monthly leave, overtime, and incentives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience as a Collection Manager in a B2B environment is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, confident, and emotionally intelligent.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in English is a must
