Collections Manager
Job Summary
We are a global smart mobility SaaS company serving over 2 million subscribers across 23 countries. We are seeking a Collections Manager to lead our collections operations, drive performance, and enhance departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in collection strategies and operational efficiency.
- Supervise the collections call center and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Handle recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of the team.
- Review and approve credit notes, refunds, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Generate reports and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Track team productivity and manage performance-related matters.
- Approve monthly leave, overtime, and incentives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience as a Collections Manager, preferably in B2B.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
