We’re looking for a Collections Assistant who’s excited to grow their career in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Collections team, you will help ensure the health of our receivables by:

• Strategically organizing your daily worklist based on outstanding receivables, customer risk levels, payment history, and overall customer value

• Analyzing accounts receivable data to determine collection priorities

• Reconciling transactions, accounts, and customer records

• Handling dispute cases professionally and finding solutions that work for both the customer and the company

• Monitoring collection status and maintaining up-to-date account information

• Managing overdue accounts through timely follow-ups via calls and emails

• Resolving billing issues quickly to support cash flow and minimize delinquency, including preparing credit memos and other adjustments

• Maintaining polite, assertive communication to collect outstanding receivables

• Following up on past-due invoices and confirming payment details with customers

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field

• Strong discipline in following standard procedures and maintaining accurate records

• At least 2 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
