Resource Manager
Profile
We are seeking an experienced individual who has successfully overseen developer allocation, team capacity planning, and multi-project coordination within a fast-paced software development environment. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how technical teams operate, has worked closely with engineering leadership, and can balance priorities across multiple simultaneous initiatives. The person should be dynamic, proactive, highly organized, and capable of making thoughtful decisions under pressure. They must be confident, assertive, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a strong grasp of team capacity, workload, and delivery constraints.
Role
- This role requires an individual who is structured, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders across Engineering, Product, and HR. You will take full ownership of understanding team availability and ensuring that the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time. You will work closely with the CTO and team leads to plan developer allocation, monitor project timelines, and ensure resource decisions support the company’s strategic priorities.
- You will be first in line to understand the resourcing needs of multiple project streams, gathering feedback from team leads, assessing workloads, and helping remove bottlenecks related to capacity. You will also be responsible for collecting and collating performance and engagement feedback across all technical resources, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring teams are set up for success.

You have
• 3+ years of experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects in parallel
• A good understanding of modern software development practices
• Strong organizational, management and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Gitlab or JIRA.
