Sales Recruiter
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Recruit skilled sales professionals, including large‑scale (mass) hiring.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales and telesales positions.
Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate closely with hiring managers.
Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Monitor hiring progress and analyze key recruitment metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting.
Experience in Mass recruiting would be advantage.
Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. jobthai, jobsdb, facebook and LinkedIn).
Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
Positive Attitude, Accountability and Team Work.
