Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibility
Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience.
Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of work experience.
Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the Sales & Marketing Department/Non-tech roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
