Pre-sales Engineer
An Engineer who responsible for support Technician and Sales team in Technical knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and strategy support in sales solutioning to large corporations
Develop solutions in organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Work closely with Sales to ensure successful adoption of software solutions by clients.
Work closely with the Sales and Product Management team to identify customers’ needs or future demands.
Develop strong industry knowledge of IoT based outbound operational management and related system integrations.
Develop business model, contract, and work process with the partners.
Test new product before actual launch.
Collaborate with partners and internal team to setup product training to Sales Team and related parties on new and relevant solutions
Be internal champion to drive awareness and buy-in from employees and other stakeholders on the new strategic products and solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, ICT, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Sales Consultant, Product Specialist, Product Management, Pre-Sales Engineer, Business Development in Software Industry, Automotive Industry or related field.
Experience in Telecommunications preferred, B2B Telecom / ICT / Automotive / Fleet Management experience highly preferred.
Strong understand of Application Programming Interface.
Good command in English and computer literacy.
Own car and valid driving license.
Good service mind and work under pressure.
