Telesales B2B

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients based on assigned distribution and ensure sales targets are achieved
Accurately capture and maintain client data in the system
Obtain referrals from existing corporate clients
Create product and brand awareness by distributing marketing materials
Generate quotations and conduct systematic follow-ups with prospects
Collect client information and complete subscription forms on behalf of clients
Email completed subscriber forms to clients for signature and follow up on returned documents, or coordinate signature during fitment day with technicians
Submit completed and signed subscriber agreements to sales administration for system processing
Follow up on installation (fitment) scheduling and ensure appointments are confirmed
Contact clients to confirm scheduled appointments and follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments
Assist clients with additional service requests such as change of ownership, cancellations, billing, and invoicing
Ensure service quality is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
Keep product, system, and industry knowledge up to date by attending training and information sessions
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field
Good communication skills in English (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (B2B experience is a plus)
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and target-driven with a strong can-do attitude
Customer-oriented with strong service mindset
