Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals.
Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
Confidently presenting to customers
Requirements:
Proven 3-5 years of sales experience with consistent KPI or target achievement.
Strong hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and results-focused.
Ability to generate own leads.
Comfortable handling rejection and high activity volumes.
Skilled in probing, objection handling, and persuasive communication.
Confident presenting solutions to business owners or stakeholders in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
Able to perform under pressure in a competitive, performance-driven culture.
Possesses own transport to visit customers.
