We’re looking for a Product Manager who will help us continue to build industry disruptive tech products and revolutionise the way our customers use technology.

Responsibilities:

Define the product roadmap and vision by seeking alignment with your key stakeholders, proactively managing customer feedback, risks and dependencies.

Guide the engineering team through each development cycle to quickly deliver new products and features to the market

Collaborate with the UX/UI teams to design creative and scalable functions and features for customers across the world

Analyze the product usage and user feedback for better product positioning for each market Cartrack’s operates in

Work closely with multiple teams around the world to enable a first-class experience for Cartrack’s customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in product management or product design

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders

Determination and drive. You are comfortable pushing people to deliver and have conviction in your ideas.

Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; ideally in a SaaS or startup environment

Knowledge of multiple areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Support

Experience in operational business software is a plus.

Familiar with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and API's is a plus
