What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development (Hunter Role)
Proactively acquire new B2B clients through strategic cold outreach, in-person meetings, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a robust new business pipeline from the ground up
Take personal ownership of sales targets, especially in the early stages of building momentum
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from pitching and negotiating to closing high-value deals
Team Leadership & Coaching
Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of sales executives to consistently exceed individual and team goals
Track performance metrics, activity levels, and pipeline health with a focus on continuous improvement
Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, objection handling, and closing strategies
Step in alongside your team during critical negotiations and high-stakes deal closures
Strategy & Execution
Define and execute territory and industry-specific sales strategies that drive growth
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and actionable performance insights
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience for new clients
What You Bring
4–6 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong background in hunter roles focused on new client acquisition
2–3 years of proven sales leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
A track record of exceeding targets and consistently building a strong pipeline from scratch
Deep comfort and confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing—this is not an account management role
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills that inspire trust and drive results
Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, leasing, or related industries is a strong plus
