We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Admin to oversee the performance quality of our Customer Service & Key Account and ensure consistent service excellence in GPS telematics installations and maintenance. This role is responsible for conducting response evaluation, identifying obstacle, and reporting the productivity off aftersales team.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain detailed records of customer service tickets through the OTRS system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and recurring issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Coordinate with Customer Service, Technical, and Key Account teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
Ensure all service requests, installations, and maintenance activities are completed within agreed SLAs
Prepare regular operational reports, including ticket performance, productivity metrics, and service quality insights
Support end-to-end administrative processes, including documentation, reporting, and data consolidation
Assist in scheduling and monitoring GPS installation activities to ensure on-time service delivery
Handling ad-hock admin task
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar discipline with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in office administration.
Strong administration skills with some experience of some or most of the following areas: customer service; account management; service excellent.
Good written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Good knowledge and skills in customer service excellence and committed to the highest standards of excellence in knowledge, practice and professional responsibility.
Highly motivated and proactive individual able to work to strict deadlines, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good computer literacy ( Microsoft Office and Google suite)
