We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Corporate Lawyer in handling legal and corporate matters. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in legal research, contract management, corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations within a global technology company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Lawyer in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing legal matters and corporate initiatives.

• Maintain and update legal databases, trackers, and document management systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Provide administrative and operational support in the day-to-day management of legal matters.

• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation related to legal and corporate activities.

• Support compliance and corporate governance activities as required.

Requirements

• Available for a full-time, on-site internship.

• Final-year Law student (minimum 7th semester) or a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.

• Strong interest in corporate law, contract management, and legal compliance.

• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
