Sales Recruiter (PH)

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment of skilled sales professionals, including mass hiring, by sourcing, screening, assessing, and engaging candidates while partnering with hiring managers and tracking recruitment performance.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit skilled sales professionals, including Telesales, Relationship/Account Managers, and Partner Sales Managers, with a focus on high-volume hiring.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for sales and telesales roles.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods.

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments while partnering closely with hiring managers.

  • Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Monitor hiring progress and track key recruitment metrics to drive results.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of sales recruitment experience.

  • Must be a college graduate of any field.

  • Must be willing to work fully onsite in Makati, on a dayshift schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

  • Experience in mass recruitment or high-volume hiring is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking sites, such as SEEK/JobStreet, JobsDB, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, using a variety of interview techniques.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Goal-oriented, positive, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork.
