Senior Stock Controller

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily stock for installation jobs, submit weekly and monthly summary reports, raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
Collaborates with the Fitment Team and Scheduler Team to maintain adequate IoT device inventory and stock levels, ensuring seamless technician operations and adherence to the fitment schedule.
Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
Manage and oversee custom declaration processes.
Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Configure units by linking them to SIM cards, ensuring an adequate supply of field-ready units in inventory.
Perform initial assessments of field-returned units and allocate them to the appropriate locations.
Monitor and manage SIM card usage, ensuring proper allocation and stock.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in stock control and warehouse.
Strong proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office) and has experience in using warehousing system is preferable
Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
Proficient in English, both written and spoken is a MUST
Detail oriented, trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and taking ownership of inventory accuracy.
